Encourage Little Children Eating Vegetable
I like eating vegetables because of the nutrient it
gives to the body, best part of it is that my children like vegetable because I
have forced them to like it just because I wouldn’t want it to be a waste and I
wouldn’t want to take advantage of the whole benefit alone without sharing with
my kids, As a parent you have to ensure good healthy body for your baby or kids
forcing them to eat. Even if his kind of stubborn child, at least if is three days
in a week.
Perhaps there is the most important factor to be
investigated, is your own attitude towards eating in general. Some say is not
good to force your children to eat vegetables or some other foods. I have
to force my children and even encourage them at times. And is really working
for me.
I have taught them a lot the advantage of nutrient
to the body: (I told them it taste good and make you healthy, strong and
getting bigger).
Three Ways to enjoy your vegetable
1. Prepare vegetable before any other meal.
2. Get a plate of raw vegetables; prepare it like a
cold salad.
3. Add vegetable as a side meal by mixing them with
foods.
Best time for this is when your kids are very
hungry, you can also keep a bowl of cherry tomatoes, maybe baby carrots in the
refrigerator for a handy snack.

You might want to take into account of some foods
that can be choking hazards for toddlers and preschoolers.
1. I make mashed sweet potatoes rather than white
potatoes and this contains lots of vitamin A.
2. My children like making their own shredded
lettuce with tacos, tomato, turkey and a little cheese.
3. I don’t like overcooked vegetables. Cook it
lightly to avoid its losing taste greenish and valuable vitamins.
These have helped my children a lot in getting
familiar to vegetables. So I serve them every day.
I am training them to prepare vegetable is a great
experience, I tell the younger one to wash, older ones can do the chopping of
vegetables for salads. I drove in the car with the kids to the store, they like
selecting their vegetable and that’s been the best way to make them get
familiar to vegetables. Also, you can plant a vegetable with the kids.
The crucial thing is trying to lay a good example,
Action speaks louder than voice.
