October 1, 2015 at 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (GMT-4), and
concludes on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at 12:00 noon, Eastern Standard Time
(EST) (GMT-4).

Applicant will be asked to read the instruction to process your application,
but here is brief of the whole instruction without the need to click on the

What is The First Thing to Do
Compulsorily
take a photo passport for the visa application, it is very important to read
the information below. In addition is advisable to use a digital image, In
accordance to use an acceptable digital image it will facilitate your chance of
getting a visa at the U.S. embassy after being selected for the immigrant visa
program.
It will be very nice to use a
professional visa photographer to meet the requirements.
1. Your photo must be a coloured passport.
2.
Placement of your head, it must be between 1 inch and 1 3/8 inches (22
mm and 35 mm)
3. It must be taken within the last 6 months or
a recent photo.
4. It must be taken in a plain background or
plain white.
5. Face the camera and show your full face.
6. Your eyes must be opened with a neutral
facial look.
7. Improper dressing is not allowed.
How to Enter the Application Form
This
part has been separated into two, one is the primary entrant and others is the
spouse or derivatives (if any). All details must enter correctly and completed
before submitting the final step.
1. First Enter your biography your first,
middle and last name.
2. Next is your sex either “female or male”.
3. Your date of birth is very important and it
must be entered correctly.
4. Enter the City where you were born and to be
typed correctly.

Am I Eligible For The DV Lottery Program
Have
a good understanding of this part before filing the application. Your country
of eligibility will normally be the same as your country of birth. Where you
live can not be compared to your country of eligibility, to claim eligibility

The

Meaning of the Current Marital Status
1. Unmarried: If single at the moment of filing
the application form, tick the Unmarried.
2. Married: Now married has been separated into
two parts, is either married and your spouse is NOT a U.S. citizen or U.S.
Lawful Permanent Resident(LPR) and the second part is Married and your spouse
IS a U.S. citizen or U.S. Law Permanent Resident (LPR).
If already planning to be married it
is advisable to include your spouse, including married and separated.
The U.S. also legalizes same sex
marriage, Same sex can apply for the DV program if fall in this category.
3. Divorced: A participant who is legally
divorced can also apply, eventually not legally divorced, still planning to do
at the time of filling this DV form compulsorily still have to include your
spouse name.
4. Widowed: Tick the widowed if your husband or
wife is deceased. Also include your children still under the Age 21years.
5. Legally Separated: Legal separation meanings
if living away from your spouse following a court order. the applicant and spouse
are legally separated, your spouse will be exempted even if included his/her
name in the DV program; however, it is important to include your spouse even if
both plan to be divorced before applying for DV program.
What are the Number of Children to Apply to Me
All
biological children, legally adopted children, and stepchildren who are
unmarried and under the age of 21 on the date of submitting your entry. There
for include all eligible children, even if they live far away from your home
and they never have the intention of applying for the DV as your derivative.
