HOW DOES AIRTEL TOUCHING LIVES WORKS
v The “nominator“ is the person who
will call, SMS or email about someone
they wish to nominate for the show (i.e. the “nominee”).
v The “nominees” are people in need of
assistance in some way or another.
v The nominator will need to answer a
series of questions on the questionnaire about themselves and the nominee and
why they feel/think that this person requires assistance.
v The Call Centre Operator needs to
gather as much information as possible from the nominator about him/herself and
the nominee.
v It is imperative for the Call Centre
Operators to complete every aspect of the application form which will ensure
that these people are reachable during the follow-up.
v These completed forms are then
submitted to Launch Factory for the Series Director and the Research team to
interrogate for more in-depth info and to assess the validly of the requests
made.
